Ardtorna is delighted to announce that it has recently been awarded 5 Star Gold from Visit Scotland. It is a brand new modern eco friendly Bed and Breakfast with spectacular loch views from all rooms of the property.Due to the style of Ardtorna we regret that it is not suitable for children under the age of 12 years.The property has polished marble floor tiles throughout with under- floor heating fed from our eco- friendly ground source heat pump. Interior lighting throughout is a real feature along with the modern and contemporary interior and exterior design.Our dining room has glass from wall to wall overlooking Loch Creran and all guests can admire the view from our large oak table. Our gourmet breakfasts are served on our Villeroy and Boch crockery and all produce is either home- made organic or sourced locally.Our large spacious bedrooms have vaulted ceilings and ceiling to floor windows with views over the water. One room being either an en suite wet room or jacuzzi bath with power shower. ( please call us directly at Ardtorna if you have a preference prior to making your booking ). . Each have memory foam pocket sprung matresses and luxurious matress toppers made up to either a super king bed or two full size singles . Additional luxuries in the rooms include full sized Molton Brown toiletries fluffy bath robes gigantic bath towels hair dryer first aid kit hospitality tray with with all items fair trade and with home- made biscuits and home- made tablet. Each bedroom also has a tv I pod docking stationdvd player and fridge with all goods inside complimentary during your stay with us at Ardtorna.Malt whisky and Baileys etc are all laid out in the evenings for guests to help themselves to a wee night cap !We also offer a ' Spa package ' to gusets as we are in a very fortunate position at Artorna to hold 2 day passes to the 5 star gold Isle of Eriska hotel and spa on its own private island which is under 5 minutes drive from our property. The hotel has just been awarded 'Hotel Restaurant of the year' . You can us the spa gym and golf course for œ20 per person and also recieve discounted spa treatments. This MUST be booked through Ardtorna and guests MUST NOT ENTER the island or the property without these passes as it is not open to non residents. It is recomended to book your spa package with us asap due to the limited spaces available.We can also arrange for you to have dinner in their award winning 3AA rossette restaurant and we can provide transport for you to the hotel too. This too must be booked through us at Ardtorna and not through the hotel.We offer room service meals from 4 - 9pm such as Cheese Platters with unlimited port from our barrel Anipasti boards Nachos and so on...Traditional archery lessons can be given by Sean ( a former World Champion ! ) on the front lawn of the property. This must be booked in advance. Please note that at present we only accept cheques and sterling as payment for your stay with us. Directions to ArdTorna OBAN

Artorna is situated between the village of Benderloch and Barcaldine. It is opposite the twisted wheel cafe and the Argyll pottery. Approaching from Oban you drive over the Connel bridge and travel for approximately 10 minutes and we are situated on the hill to the right opposite the cafe. Approaching from Fort William we are a mile after the Sealife Sanctuary and up on the hill to the left just after the Twisted Wheel cafe and the Argyll Pottery.
