You will need to print this and take it with you or make a note of the code without this information you will be unable to access your accommodation. Payment and Cancellation Terms and ConditionsPlease note that our reservations office hours are 8am - 8pm. Please do NOT make an online booking to arrive on the same day after 8pm as this booking will not be processed and there will be no accommodation booked for you.NB: Swipe only American Express and Visa cards are not accepted. A non-refundable deposit of œ150 per unit per week (or part thereof) is due at the time of booking. Full payment if total is less. Full balance due 1 month prior to arrival. Cancellation charges: 27-15 days 50% of total booking costs 14 days or less no refund. Any amendment to an existing booking will incur an amendment fee of œ30-00 per unit. GROUP BOOKINGS: Groups are most welcome. Please note that staghen parties will NOT be accepted neither will all-male or all-female parties. Such bookings would be turned away on arrival and there would be no refund of any monies paid and no alternative accommodation will be found or offered.Additional œ100 Security DepositA œ100 deposit will be added to the total holiday cost payable at the time of balance. This will be cancelledfully refunded after departure subject to any deduction for breakages loss andor damage andor if the unit is left in an unacceptable condition. Liability is not limited to œ100 in the event of lossdamage in excess of this figure and if in the unlikely event higher charges are applicable we would seek further payment from the creditdebit card supplied at the time of booking or require supplementary payment by cheque or credit card. St Merryn by roadFollow the A30 into Cornwall. Take the exit signed North Cornwall and Wadebridge and at the roundabout take exit for A395 signed North Cornwall. Proceed until T-junction and turn left onto A39 signed Wadebridge. Continue for approx 13 miles along the A39 through Camelford and then at the roundabout take 3rd exit (A39) signed Truro and Newquay and then after approx. 3 miles turn right onto A389 signed Padstow.
