Set in the magnificent Tummel Valley part of the spectacular Scottish Highlands Pitlochry is an unspoilt gem of the Victorian era. Our house is one of the finest of the many Victorian Villas erected in that era and still retains much of its period charm. In 1875 Carra Beag was built as a family house. Over the years many local notables have resided at the house including a Town Provost and local artist David Fergusson. These days Carra Beag still is a family home where Helen and Brian welcome guests and travellers.We pride ourselves in offering guests excellent value clean and comfortable rooms first rate service in a completely non-smoking environment.We are centrally located and enjoy a commanding position just above the main street of the town far enough away however not to suffer from any annoying transport noise. Guests can relax in the sun on one of our south facing terraces admire the uninterrupted panoramic views or stroll through our award winning garden directly onto the towns main street.We have a safe secure private car park for motorists and can arrange pick ups for those travelling by public transport.

Directions to Carra Beag Guest House Pitlochry

From the SouthLeave the A9 and head towards Pitlochry Town Centre.Before entering the town Centre you will pass the Tourist Information Office on your right hand side. Look up to your right and you will clearly see the Guest House set back from the main Street.Take the next turning on your right ( Bonnethill Road ) then the first right ( Toberaragan Road ). The guest House is 100 mtrs up on the right.From the NorthLeave the A9 and proceede through Pitlochry Town Centre. You will pass ' Fihers Hotel ' on your right. Take the next tirning on your left ( Bonnethill Road )and continue as described above.The Railway station is 10 minutes walk. The main bus stop is 5 minutes walk.
