The Farmhouse was built in 2008 and won a Fenland District Council One off New build design award. In 2010 we converted two rooms into guest rooms. They are accessed by a private internal staircase utilised by these two rooms only (so we won't wake you when we get up early in the morning)We always try our best to make your stay a very happy one so that we might have the pleasure of welcoming you back some time in the future.Our rooms are spotlessly clean and offer every comfort including the following facilites:Use of the Garden AreaUse of Swimming Pool (Summer Months only and restrictions apply) TVDVD and FreeviewTeaCoffee facilitiesHair-dryer and Dressing GownFree Internet The Mezzanine: Double Room with En-suite Shower and large walk-in cupboard. (We can put a Double Z-Bed in this room if required)The Hayloft:A Family room with a King Size Bed 2 singles and a Double Sofa Bed - Ensuite bathroomShower - an additional Z Bed can be place in this room to sleep up to 8Bed and Breakfast includes:Full Traditional English Breakfast.You begin breakfast with a choice at our buffet starter bar - choices of cereals yoghurts juices fruits and croissants.This is followed by your choice of cooked breakfast from the extensive menu. Vegetarian options are available. The above is followed by freshly made coffee or tea of your choice and toast. All of which are served at individual tables and unlike many other hostelries you are not requested to order your breakfast the night before
