We are a newly renovated Georgian Grade II listed period townhouse. We are in the centre of Penzance but tucked away in an exclusive area beside the sub tropical Morrab gardens. We are within walking distance of many local amenities:-- The main train and bus route 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk (we do have a shuttle service)- The dock for the Scillionian (the main travel link for the Isle of scilly)-10 minute drive to the heliport for the Isle of Scilly for those who prefer to travel by air-St Michaels Mount- One of Penzances most famous Historic attraction-The main town centre which includes all major high street banks and stores Cornish art and craft shops and many more- Numerous restaurants cafes bars and pubs -Penlee House Gallery-Beaches promenade Jubilee poolWe have recently renovated and decorated all our rooms to a high standard. We have sound proofed all the floors fitted new shower rooms in all rooms and kitchenetts in some of our rooms. Furnished with new carpets and high quality beds and bedding with a dining area in each room.Our Breakfasts are prepared and cooked by the owner who is a qualified chef and sources all his produce locally where possible. Evening meals on request served in the privacy of you own room.We offer a shuttle service to all our guests within a 20 mile radius with notice upon booking.We have been referred to as a home from home because of our relaxed atmosphere and serviceJosh and Kate offer a warm welcome
