Once the home of Lord Arthur Cecil - Queen Victoria's private secretary Passford House is steeped in history and the traditions of elegant leisurely country living. Set in 10 acres of landscaped gardens the hotel boasts both indoor and outdoor swimming pools together with a gym croquet lawns and 9 hole putting green. The hotel lies midway between the New Forest village of Sway and the Georgina splendour of Lymington which makes if the perfect base from which to explore the New Forest countryside and coast. We pride ourselves on the standard and variety of food served be it a bar snack next to a roaring fire in the winter afternoon tea in the courtyard or garden during the summer months or dinner in the restaurant - all complimented with impressive wines from our well stocked cellar. Children under 5 years are not permitted in the restaurant after 19:00. A menu is available between 17:.30 and 18.30 for children.Passford House also has four conference rooms which makes it the ideal location for both the business and leisure traveller.

Directions to Passford House Lymington

Just off the A337 12 miles from Junction 1 of the M27. Through Lyndhurst stay on the A337 and bear right following signs to Brockenhurst and Lymington. Follow the A337 through Brockenhurst - after a sign welcoming you to Lymington the road runs beneath a railway bridge between two mini roundabouts. Cross straight over these roundabouts taking the next right immediately before the Tollhouse Pub. Continue along Sway Road for three quarters of a mile and bear right into Mount Pleasant Lane. After approximately half a mile you will see the Hotel entrance on your right.
