Sanctum is ideally situated on the edge of Maida Vale and is just 20 minutes via tube from Piccadilly Circus and with excellent local transport connections being only a five or ten minute walk from Kilburn Park and Maida Vale Tube Stations respectively. Sanctum is a serviced apartment property which although offering no restaurant benefits from fully equipped kitchens in each apartment and an abundance of local eateries on its doorstep. Maid Service and Health Club access is available on request and at an additional cost. Other services including 24 hour reception and concierge full air-conditioning 42 inch plasma screens with DVD player digital and satellite channels and complimentary broadband internet. The accommodation ranges in size from a spacious one-bedroom apartment to large two and three bedroom units. All forty three apartments are self-contained to provide you with unparalleled privacy and comfort. Each apartment has its own well-equipped kitchen including oven hobs fridgefreezers microwaves dishwashers and washerdryers. There are two lifts in the building accessible from the modern smart reception area where our courteous and friendly staff will assist you with your every need.
