We aim to provide a friendly and comfortable home from home at excellent value helping you to gain the most from your holiday. We are a family guest house where children of all ages are truly made welcome. A happy smile bright surroundings and good food will add to the enjoyment of your visit to Great Yarmouth. We are situated about 300 metres from the seafront less than 1 mile from the town centre shops and market and 10 minutes walk from the Racecourse. Almost on our doorstep is a Post Office McColl's General Store and Newsagent Launderette Pizza and Kebab take-away fish and chip shop a bakery hairdresser and solarium betting shop and several pubs. There is also a bus stop handy for days when you don't fancy the stroll to the town centre or you want to go further afield without the car.Awarded 4 stars for the quality of our accommodation and hospitality by Visit Britain (formerly English Tourist Board) and we have again retained our 5 stars award for food safety and hygiene by the Environmental Health Department

By car from A47A12 follow signs for town centre. Past ASDA and Railway Sation on your right. Over bridge at roundabout turn left follow Caister on Sea and Racecourse signs. At traffic lights at crossroads (you will see the Blue Bus Station on the right) turn right then immediately left at St. Paul's church into Salisbury Road. Sandy Acres is six blocks down on the left just before the Golfer's Arms public house.
