The building has just been stunningly refurbished and Staying Cool's apartments on the top two floors are its crowning glory. Each radiates from the centre of the building creating a circle of different sized Trivial Pursuit style wedges. The apartments come in four sizes - small medium large and extra large. Each one is individually styled with original artwork and specially commissioned furniture.Clubmans (described as Deluxe apartments on Laterooms) are spacious one bed apartments on the 19th floor. Maxis (Executive apartments on this site) sleep four and the Penthouse is pretty self-explanatory. A wall of floor to ceiling glass in all apartments gives you great views of Birmingham life... and French windows that open fully at 75 metres up make it all that little bit more thrilling.Design-wise Staying Cool has combined contemporary cool with swinging sixties style.
