We are situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with ample off road parking for all of our guests just 250 yards from the Beachs of Preston Sands and Paignton Beach. Also we are just 10 minutes from the main shopping area with a wide range of eating places as well as the Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway (see our things to do in and around the area). The Baildon Royd is fully non-smoking. We also have a fully licensed bar available for our residents. All our guest rooms are tastefully decorated with modern conveniences; colour TV teacoffee making facilities complimentary toiletries free Wi -Fi radio alarm clocks and complimentary mineral water on arrival.
