The rooms here are quite small but well-appointed and you are assured of a lovely freshly-cooked breakfast in the morning!Most of our rooms have en-suite shower and wc with Free Wi-Fi and SKY TV including SKY Sports channels. There are also 3 cheaper rooms each of which has a separate private wc or showerwc outside of the room for your exclusive use. These rooms have Freesat TV and Free Wi-Fi. There is a private car park at the rear of the building.In addition to the BandB we also offer self-catering accommodation in a property nearby. Directions to The Beaumont Sittingbourne

From M2 (J5) and M20 (J7) motorways take the A249 North towards Sheerness and exit at the slip road marked A2 Rainham and Sittingbourne. At the roundabout turn right onto the A2 - we are one mile along the road on the left as you head towards Sittingbourne.From Sittingbourne railway station head up to the High Street turn right and walk for 12 mile where you will find us on the right hand side. Alternatively there are always taxis outside the station the fare is approx œ5.
