Traditional family run country inn situated in picturesque surroundings. It comprises a bar with open fires free wifi dining area beautiful enclosed garden with views of the South Downs and separate self-contained coach house accommodation with 4 en-suite rooms. It is ideally situated for business guests walkers and those cycling or touring the area. We are close to Goodwood Cowdray and Uppark and Petworth Park. We provide real ales fine wines. All food is locally sourced and served Mon-Sat lunchtime and evenings and Sunday (winter period now 4pm). Everything is home made with a seasonally changing menu along with a specials menu vegetarian dishes and a Sunday roast. Occasional live music.

Located 1 mile off the A272 when travelling from Midhurst or Petersfield . Look out for our brown road signs prior to the junction.
