M25 A21 SouthboundLeave M25 junction 5 join A21 Sevenoaks Hastings. Take 4th exit for A26 Tunbridge Wells. Follow A26 through Southborough. At mini roundabout take 2nd exit marked for through traffic. Drive past the Kent and Sussex Hospital on right. Just after the parade of shops take right fork onto Mount Ephraim (A264). The hotel is located on the right about half a mile opposite The Major York Pub.
