It is a family owned BandB offering a range of double twin and family rooms including en-suite. Free Wi-Fi TV with Freeview and DVD are available in all rooms as are tea and coffee making facilities. Ground floor room is available for our less abled guests. There is private carmotorcycle parking and in the morning along with variety of fresh fruit cereals yoghurts cheeses and juices you will enjoy a full hearty Scottish breakfast. It flows from nearby Loch Ness and the Caledonian Canal and connects Loch Ness Loch Oich and Loch Lochy the canal continues to Fort William.Right by Inverness is the Moray Firth: the inlet from the North Sea north and east of Inverness. It is the largest firth in Scotland. Walking from the Inverness BusTrain station onto Academy Street you then walk down Queensgate towards the River Ness and turn right to walk along the riverside on Bank Street until you come to the Greig Street foot Bridge (which doesn't appear on some maps?) walk across the bridge and onto Greig Street turn right onto Kenneth street and we are on the right hand side 60metres down. It is a 5 to 10 minute walk.From EdinburghAberdeenFrom A9 follow A82 to INVERNESS into Longman Road to the next round about (Rose round about keep following A82 to the next round about Shore round about follow to the next round about Telford Round About. Turn on the second left exit which is Kenneth Street(A82). Follow the road we are on the right hand side.From Fort William and A82Take the A82 and remain on this road following the signs to Inverness. You will pass through Fort Augustus and Drumnadrochit. Continue with Loch Ness on your right and you will shortly reach the outskirts of Inverness. You will go over a bridge crossing the Caledonian Canal then you will see a sports centre on your right. A82 will make a left onto Kenneth Street. We are on the right on the 2nd block.From Inverness Airport (Dalcross)Follow the sign to A96 towards INVERNESS. After arriving to INVERNESS follow the sign towards TOWN CENTRE. Keep following into the town centre which is ACADEMY STREET follow the road to the roundabout Shore round about and turn first left follow to the next round about Telford Round About. Turn on the second left exit which is Kenneth Street. Follow the road we are on the right hand side.
