Tregurrian Villas are a superb and exclusive development situated just 100 yards from the beautiful sands at Watergate Bay only 2 miles from Newquay airport and 4 miles from Newquay town centre. Padstow is only 10 miles and The Eden project is just 20 miles. There are barsrestaurants within walking distance including Fifteen Cornwall the Jamie Oliver inspired restaurant which opened in 2006. All villas are situated over two floors with stairs and are furnished and equipped to a high standard throughout. All include a loungediner with widescreen satellite TV plus DVD player and a convertible double bed-settee a well equipped kitchen area with cooker microwave dishwasher fridge freezer plus an extensive range of utensils crockery and cutlery a deluxe bathroom with shower unit washbasin toilet hairdryer and shaving point separate toilet and washbasin. All bedding comprising pillows duvets and linen included. Min 23 night bookings please check at time of booking. A non-refundable deposit of œ150 per unit per week (or part thereof) is due at the time of booking. Full payment if total is less. Full balance due 1 month prior to arrival. Cancellation charges: 27-15 days 50% of total booking costs 14 days or less no refund. Any amendment to an existing booking will incur an amendment fee of œ30-00 per unit. Proceed along dual carriageway to the next roundabout and take 3rd exit signed Wadebridge and Airport. Proceed to next roundabout and take 1st exit signed Newquay and airport. Proceed about 1.5 miles and take right hand turn signed Airport and Watergate Bay.
