The perfect place to stay for both business and leisure trips we offer clean comfortable basic rooms with broadband wi-fi and a self-service store stocked with light bites and drinks. We can cater for late and early check-ins. Swaffham is the setting for the popular Kingdom' TV series starring Stephen Fry and has a busy Saturday market and lots of shops cafes restaurants and pubs. Close to the guest house is the Leisure Centre where you can enjoy badminton squash table tennis aerobics and an 18-station gym and the Energise swimming pool and spa are a short drive away.
