The hotel is less than 1 mile after Yarm on the left hand side. Arriving from the East or West - from the A66 take the exit signposted A135 towards Yarm/Stockton. Head towards Yarm the hotel is 2 miles on the right hand side. There are several brown tourist signs with directions to the hotel. Arriving by Air - the nearest airport is Durham Tees Valley approx 5 miles Newcastle airport is approx 40 miles Leeds/Bradford airport is approx 40 miles Arriving by rail - the nearest main line station is Darlington with hourly trains direct from London and Edinburgh.
