Alexandra Guest House is a 30 room bed&breakfast situated in the heart of Hemel Hempstead. We don t offer 5 star accommodation so that you don t have to pay 5 star prices therefore we are the perfect place to stop for a comfortable stay if you are visiting the area for work or an event. With a warm welcoming atmosphere Full English Breakfast and clean cozy rooms some of which we have even added cute little en-suite pods for added convenience we are here to offer you a relaxing stay without breaking the budget. All rooms have flat screen TV s free Wifi and tea/coffee making facilities. We are very centrally located only 100yds from from the historic Old Town High Street and 5 mins walk from the new shopping centre so it s ideal if you are in town for business. There are many fine walks here in Hemel - along the Grand Union canal the lovely Gadebridge Park at the end of our road and also the countryside around Hemel Hempstead is particularly beautiful. The area is well served by motorways main roads and rail. It is a 30min drive to Luton airport 40min drive to Heathrow 30min by train from Euston Station in London and only 15 mins drive from the M25 and M1 motorways. We hope to see you on your next visit.

M1 Junction 8 - straight through two roundabouts - after the second stay in outside lane and take first slip road off right (crossing dual carriageway) into Leverstock Green Road - through five mini roundabouts (first two are close together) at the fifth turn left into Adeyfield Road - travel for some distance then through two mini roundabouts (close together) as you come down the hill the Midland Pub on your right - second turning right past pub is Alexandra Road we are 50yds on the left. From M25 Junction 20 onto A41 follow signs to Hemel Hempstead Town centre - large roundabout with a series of small roundabouts around it - take A4146 to Leighton Buzzard turn right at second roundabout B487 Old Town - take second right into Alexandra Road we are approx 100yds on the right.
