The Kenlis Arms at Barnacre Garstang is an idyllic country pub on the edge of the Forest of Bowland. Family owned & run The Kenlis Arms is open daily serving real ales from a well stocked bar and a menu of home prepared cooked food. So visiting tourists are able to mix with locals in enjoying good food and drink in this beautiful countryside setting with the added attraction of occasional live music and excellent car parking. All this plus the attraction of maybe staying for that long promised break in one of The Kenlis Arms attractive and spacious en-suite guest bedrooms. 4 Bedrooms with en-suite (please note one of our rooms has a Bath with a Shower over the bath) T.V s Tea/Coffee etc - Family rooms avaliable Full English Breakfast. Well stocked bar with Local Cask Ales. SKY SPORTS & BT SPOT on T.V in the pub.. Pool Table Darts and Snooker Table. County Gardens with Children s Play area. Covered Patio Area- ideal for 20-30 people to enjoy a private party or BBQ. Function Room ideal for MeetingClub Meetings Family Party Wedding Receptions Anniversaries and much more. Near 2 local Golf Courses. Local Walks include Bleasdale Fells Nicky Nook and a 3 mintue walk from the Lancaster Canal. Monday & Wednesday we only offer a limited Menu Thursday Friday and Saturday we serve Food from 12.30pm to 8pm Sundays and Bank Holidays from 12.30pm to 6pm. Sorry but we do not serve food on Tuesdays. please note that we accept pets/dogs. please check first!! We are family owned and run as this is are home as well yes we do have children and pets which all live here with us.

Directions to Kenlis Arms Preston

We are between junctions 32 and 33 on the M6 take the A6 to Garstang. Turn into Garstang off the A6 if coming from the south go passed the Golf Club on your left and take your 1st right into Clader House Lane. If you are coming from the north go in to Garstang take the road to the left of the Royal Oak over the bridge pass the Church keep going pass the High School and take 1st on your left into Calder House Lane. Keep on Calder House Lane up the hill over the bridge and under the railway bridge and we are just there to you left.
