They have recently been completely refurbished with new bathrooms and are situated in a pretty barn conversion opposite the pub premises.

Directions to The Dovecote Inn Newark

A1 South - Road: From A1 :- (At Markham Moor roundabout) Take exit signposted B1164 (Ollerton). At roundabout take 4th exit - follow signs for B1164 Ollerton at next roundabout follow signs for Ollerton keep on road for approx 2 miles into centre of Tuxford. After pedestrian crossing turn first right and then immediately right into Newcastle Street (sign posted Egmanton) keep on this road for about 2 1/2 miles through Egmanton village and on to Laxton. The Dovecote Inn is situated on the left hand br/ br/ A1 North - Road: From A1 North:- Take A6075 exit signposted Ollerton (Tuxford). Take second left (just before T junction) onto Newcastle Street (signposted Egmanton) Keep on this road for approx 2 1/2 miles through Egmanton village and on to Laxton. The Dovecote Inn is situated on the left hand side of the juction of Main Street and Moorehouse Road br/ br/ Ollerton A614 - Road: At the main roundabout (McDonalds and Big Fish) take exit sign posted Ollerton/Tuxford stay on this road following signs for Tuxford. Pass through Boughton and at sharp right hand bend see sign for Laxton & Holocaust Centre turn right and continue under bridge. Stay on this country road untill reaching Laxton. The Dovecote Inn is at the main intersection of the village
