The Devoncourt Resort & Apartments comprises of 54 bedrooms and suites with one and two bedroom apartments accommodating four or six people respectively many with sea views balconies bathrooms and kitchenettes. There is complimentary wi-fi throughout the building and available in all rooms and apartments. There is also a free car park on site available for all guests. The Devoncourt is a short 15 minute walk to the town of Exmouth and is about 300m to the beach. br / br / We have an on-site restaurant called Brasserie 16 who are open day for breakfast lunch and dinner we are however closed on Monday Tuesday Thursday and Saturday Lunch and Monday Tuesday Dinner. br / br / We have indoor leisure facilities which comprise of indoor heated pool gymnasium far infra-red sauna steam room and jacuzzi which are all included in the daily rate.

Directions to The Devoncourt Resort Exmouth

From the M5 at Exit 30 follow the signs to Exmouth (A376).-6 miles. Once in Exmouth follow the Signs for Town Centre/Budleigh Salterton (B3178). At the Roundabout (KFC in front) take the 1st exit and then turn right at the next roundabout. Continue straight up the hill - 3/4 mile - and take 2nd exit at the Roundabout. Follow the road around to the left and the Resort is - 1/4 mile -on your right.
