The Beach House is situated in the charming seaside town of Milford-on-Sea mere yards away from the sea. There is plenty of fascinating history to discover for those in need of adventure and a step away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life for those looking to escape for a while. This beautiful Victorian manor house was built by Alexander Siemens as a country retreat for his family to feel the health benefits of the sea air. The house may have changed to a hotel but the traditional features such as its beautiful panelled walls oak floors and ornate banisters as well as stained-glass feature to this day. With the beautiful New Forest country side on the door step the Beach House is a must for those looking to explore. We have 15 well-appointed en-suite rooms which are made up of twin double and family rooms all featuring luxurious Sealy mattresses (the same as can be found in The White House). All rooms offer tea and coffee facilities and free Wifi (subject to availability) as well as a smartTV and digital radio for your entertainment. As for contact with the outside world phones haven t been put in any rooms so as to not disturb guests peaceful getaways but there is always a landline on reception should the need arise. We love dogs as all good inns should however to consider the comfort of all of our guests we have special rooms allocated to these needs. Guests wishing to bring dogs overnight must check in advance of booking whether dog-friendly rooms are available. We regret that we are unable to guarantee dog-friendly rooms for reservations made online. All rooms included a full English breakfast in the morning which is freshly cooked to order as well as an indulgent cold spread of fruits bread yoghurts and juices. Breakfast is served from 8am until 10am every day so that you can have that well deserved lie in. Check in on arrival day is between 3pm and 10pm if you will be arriving after 10pm please contact us directly to let us know. Check out is up until 11am giving you time to enjoy breakfast and prepare for the day ahead. In order to support our local community we will now be adding a £1 optional charge to each room bill. Directions to Beach House Lymington

From the end of the M3 motorway fork left taking the M27 Westbound passing Rownham Services and come off the M27 motorway at Junction 1 on to the A337 at Cadnam. Staying on the A337 follow the signs towards Lyndhurst. At the traffic lights just as you get into Lyndhurst turn left. Go into the right hand lane and take a right turn still on the A337 towards Brockenhurst and Lymington. Drive through Brockenhurst and Lymington on the A337. When you reach Lymington avoid the High Street and turn right on the A337 towards New Milton and MILFORD ON SEA. After about two miles you will reach Everton where you must turn left onto the B3058 which is signposted to MILFORD ON SEA. Stay on the main road through the village. WESTOVER HALL is only a quarter of a mile out of the village on the Barton/New Milton/Christchurch road (B3058) and is on the left hand side of the road at the top of a gentle hill.
