Please note this property is classified as basic budget hotel and the room rental rate reflects this accordingly. Situated in beautiful countryside Perriford Barns and Cottages says it all. A collection of rooms wings and cottages available for contractors and private individuals to the local area around Worcestershire and the West Midlands family breaks and whilst visiting relatives. All rooms are named after local villages and offer both en-suite accommodation or shared facilities. Some come with kitchen facilities Sky TV seating areas and patio doors. All have TV and Tea and coffee making facilities. At present Breakfast is not offered however Hodge Hill Nursery opposite the estate has a cafe open from 9am. We operate on a self-check-in basis and details of your room and key collection points will be detailed on your confirmation email sent after the full payment for your booking is processed. Please note full payment is processed up to 2v days before your arrival.

From Birmingham Continue on A456 towards Kidderminster After approximately 3 miles you will enter a small village called Blakedown After leaving Blakedown village the road becomes a dual carriageway Stay in the right-hand lane and after approx Â a mile take the first right crossing the central reservation to and continue down Perriford Lane The second entrance gates are located approximately 300 yards down this lane on the left hand side. You will need to use the gate code provided to enter through these gates. Follow the track bearing to your left and up the hill please park in the Farmyard and pick up the keys from the cottage you will have passed called Coachmans Cottage. From Kidderminster Take the A456 towards Birmingham and continue straight on through the set of traffic lights The road then becomes a dual carriageway Continue on the dual carriageway for approximately 2 miles You will pass Hodge Hill garden centre on your right-hand side After approx half a mile there is a turning into Perriford Lane. At the second gate use the gade code to obtain entry follow the track bearing left and up the hill and park in the Farmyard.. The keys can be collected from the cottage you will have passedcalled Coachmans Cottage. From Motorway Exit M5 at J4 and follow the signs for Kidderminster and Stourbridge for approximately 5 miles After arriving at a roundabout with the A456 turn left onto the A456 towards Kidderminster After approximately 3 miles you will enter a small village called Blakedown After leaving Blakedown village the road becomes a dual carriageway Stay in the right-hand lane and after approx Â a mile take the first right crossing the central reservation to and continue down Perriford Lane At the second gate use the gate code to obtain entry follow the track bearing left and up the hill and park in the Farmyard..
