Directions by car- There are numerous routes into Eastbourne it all depends on your departure point! When you get to Eastbourne follow the signs to the Seafront. We are East of the Pier St Aubyns Road is located between the East Beach and York House Hotels. Gyves House is immediately on your left coming from the seafront. Parking Facilities : St. Aubyns Rd and the adjacent roads are all free parking subject to availability. There are further parking areas on the front which do levy a charge between 8am and 6pm. Directions by Train - Eastbourne has a regular train connection to Gatwick London Victoria East Croydon Hastings and Brighton. We are just a short 5-minute taxi journey or a 10-15 minute walk. From railway station walk down Terminus Road until you get to the seafront. Turn left and walk past the Pier St Aubyns Road is between East Beach and York House Hotels. Gyves House can be found immediately on your left.
