Completed & newly furnished for 2013 the Lodge offers a high quality home just five minutes walk from the historic quarter of Lincoln including Steep Hill voted Britain s best place 2011 by the Academy of Urbanism. The unique lodge has been cleverly designed to offer open plan living downstairs with steel spiral staircase leading to a large double bedroom with front juliet balcony window. The accommodation is furnished to a high standard and comprises of a lovely large 18ft open plan ground floor living room with 32 HD Flat screen TV DVD player with DVD selection. The ground floor also features a fully equipped fitted Kitchen with fridge Hob & oven WC and double cubicle Shower. Quality towels and bed linen provided hairdryer Ironing board & iron. Free WIFI with dedicated router for strong connection. The first floor features a comfortable King sized bed with clock radio & iPod 4 docking station. Check in is between 4.00pm and 9.30pm check in is available outside of these hours by prior arrangement. Self service continental breakfast is provided with fresh milk & assorted cereals bread butter fruit preserves fruit juice croissants yoghurt and tea/coffee making facilities. Directions to Bruneswold Lodge 1 Wilson Street off Burton Road Lincoln LN1 3JA On the A46 (Relief Road) follow directions for Lincoln North and follow the brown tourist signs for the Historic Centre Cathedral and Lawns Visitor Centre by taking the 3rd exit at the roundabout for the A15 junction if approaching from the West. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Yarbourough Crescent then at the next roundabout take the 1st exit which will bring you to Burton Road. (NB There is a Shell petrol station on the left as you turn on to Burton Road). Wilson street is the third main street on the on the left Bruneswold Lodge is the first detached property on the right as you turn into Wilson street. Unrestricted on road parking is normally available in the small Cul-de-sac on the right after the Lodge or you can also park on the left hand side of Wilson Street.
