The Beausite Hotel is situated in Grouville on the south east coast of Jersey and looks onto the Royal jersey Golf Course and beautiful bay of Grouville. At the east end of the bay is the picturesque harbour of Gorey nestled beneath the historic Mont Orgueil Castle on a clear day the distant coast of France is visible. Grouville is some ten minutes drive from St.Helier harbour and twenty five minutes from Jersey International Airport. Hire cars can be arranged at the hotel at very attractive rates. The first tee and naturally the clubhouse of the Royal Jersey Golf Club are approximately three hundred meters away. Members of associated clubs may hire clubs from their Pro Shop and for a visitor green fee you may enjoy playing this famous eighteen hole course. There is a good selection of shops in the vicinity as well as coastal paths and country lanes to explore on foot bicycle or by car! The hotel s original granite farm buildings date back to 1636 and the public rooms have retained a traditional style whilst the rest of the accommodation is of a spacious and modern design. Directions from the Airport to the Beausite Hotel From the airport you drive straight ahead on the B36 L Avenue de la Reine Elizabeth . From here follow the sign St Helier. At the roundabout you turn right still following the sign St Helier. You are now on the A12 Le Beau Mont . Please go straight ahead until you come at a crossing. You have to turn left here. If you turned left you are on the A1 La route de la Haule and go straight ahead as well. You are now following the street along the beach of St Aubin and after that the beach of St Helier. After a couple of meters you are on La route de St. Aubin . Please keep following this road until you pass the La Grande Hotel . Now you have to follow the road in the middle and it is important to keep following it. You are now on the road to the East of the Island. Then you are on the A3 La Route du Fort . You have to keep going straight ahead and you keep following the sign Gorey. The whole way to Gorey is the A3 and at every crossing you keep going straight ahead. After about 10 minutes you will see the Beachcombers Hotel on your left-hand side. After this hotel there is a sign with Coast Road on it La Rue des Pres .
