Ideal for anyone who enjoys nature but relishes in modern comforts Howgills Barn is a great choice for walkers cyclists groups families business events especially as you ll have the barbeques garden games field to enjoy as much as you wish. There is also a Jacuzzi on the patio where you can kick back and forget the world! (There is a hire cost for the Jacuzzi please enquire). Offering a spacious lounge TV room two kitchens drying room and 8 ensuite bedrooms the Barn offer a great place for groups to get together sleeping in total 35 guests. During the week (Monday to Thursday) we can make sole occupancy bookings by request but we also offer single beds and rooms too which is ideal for walkers on the Dalesway / Dales Highway or cyclists on the Lakes and Dale Loop. We also have a field where tents can be pitched and the Barn has its own shower room and toilets for those wishing to camp and experience the real outdoors ! Catering can be arranged by prior agreement. Dog friendly too!

Directions to Howgills Barn Sedbergh

Leave M6 at junction 37 and drive 5 miles into Sedbergh. Drive through Sedbergh heading for A683 Kirkby Stephen. The Castlehaw Lane end is situated at the East end of one way Main Street where it meets the 2 way road through to Kirkby Stephen. If you go through the narrow Town Centre then as the single one way road reaches the Main A683 at a T junction turn sharp left between Westwoods Book store and the end of Town house and drive up that single track lane for 400 yards. HBB is through the Farmyard and over a bridge past the Caretakers house.
