We are not sure quite how old Holly Tree Cottage is but we think it has origins in the 16th century or even earlier with greater additions during many other periods. It is full of nooks and crannies is very up and down and higgledy piggledy and not quite what you would expect. br / br / br / br / Lovely gardens surround the house where you are welcome to sit and have a drink during those long summer evenings. Breakfast is served in our beautiful dining room. We also have a conservatory available for guests use with tv/dvd/radio for cosy summer evenings.We have plenty of safe secure floodlit parking for your vehicles. Although on a main road we are fully double glazed and perfectly set for visiting all the surrounding attractions such as Southwold Aldeburgh Minsmere Dunwich etc. There are also many pubs within a mile or two that serve fantastic food and good beers/wines. br / br / br / br / We have one double ensuite room which has a shower and one double ensuite room with a bath. As we only have the two rooms to let we can assure you of our very friendly and personal attention. br / br / br / br / All rooms have DTV tea/coffee making facilities DAB radio alarm clocks toiletries towels bottled water and biscuits.

From the South: We are very easy to find. High Street is the Main A12 Road and we are just off a layby next to it. North on A12 towards Lowestoft. Past the turning for Saxmundham past Yoxford on main A12 over Darsham level crossing on main A12. Continue forward on A12 past garage and nursery on your right past White House Farm B & B on your left. Another half a mile up the A12 there is a layby on your right with a post box and a large black barn directly on your left. We are the house back from the lay by. From the North: We are very easy to find. South on A12 towards Ipswich. Through Wrentham Blythburgh and Wangford. Stay on A12 past turning for Halesworth/Bramfield on your right. Past Little Chef on your left. Next layby with post box opposite black barn on your right. We are the house set back from the lay by.
