Junction 27 M5 - Road: At Junction 27 of the M5 take the turning towards Barnstaple on the A361 head straight over the next 2 roundabouts staying on the A361 on the third Roundabout take the fourth exit on the A39 labelled Lynton head straight on for 12 miles and take the right turn labelled Lynton and Lynmouth still on the A39 continue 6 miles and take a left turn at Barbrook ( opposite fuel station ) follow the road and the Cottage inn is 1 mile along on the right hand side br/ br/ J23M5 - Road: Turn off of motorway onto A39 follow for 42 miles head Up Lynmouth hill and go straight ahead 0.5 miles and the cottage Inn is on the left
