Set in a beautiful Edwardian building Northrise Lodge is just 5 minutes drive from Hastings shingle beach or you can take a steady 30-40 minute walk downhill to the old town. Picturesque walks can be enjoyed in Hastings Country Park Nature Reserve along the cliff tops and 853 acres of outstanding natural beauty this is accessible just across the road from Northrise Lodge just a 2 minute walk. br / br / br / br / Antique shops restaurants and bars line the quaint George Street and Old Town High Street which is just 1.5 miles away. The Grade I listed ruins of Hastings Norman castle are a 5-minute drive away. br / br / br / br / We have free all day and night on-street parking available in Beacon Road at the back entrance to the bed and breakfast and there is also secure parking for motorbikes. A bus service runs from the Hastings rail station to directly outside the property. br / br / br / br / There are 4 individually styled and beautifully decorated b&b rooms to choose from each have a flat screen wall mounted TV free WiFi access. Each room has a modern Ensuite with a power shower. A hospitality tray in each room includes a selection of teas coffee hot chocolate & biscuits bottled water you will also find sweets and cake for an extra treat. We provide small milk cartons but if you prefer fresh milk just ask! br / br / br / br / Some rooms at Northrise also have sea views across the roof tops. Guests can also relax in the guest lounge which includes tea and coffee making facilities a 3D TV and comfortable sofas. br / br / br / br / In addition to the b&b rooms Northrise Lodge now offers self catering accommodation in its newly built holiday cottage. This is spacious accommodation with 2 bedrooms a double room with an ensuite this room has space for a travel cot. There is a twin room and a separate bathroom. Downstairs there is spacious open planned kitchen diner and lounge with a sofa bed to also sleep 2 people. The maximum is 6 people to sleep plus a baby in a travel cot. Directions to Northrise Lodge Hastings

Hastings Train Station - Train: On arrival at the station you will find a taxi rank & bus stops. If you get a taxi this will cost approximately £7 If you would like to catch the bus you will need to get the 20 or 20A Downsfarm bus. This route will take you passed the B&B you will need to get off in Beacon Road the bus will stop at the back of Northrise Lodge you cross over the road and walk through the driveway round to the front of the property. If you would like to walk this will take about 50 minutes br/ br/ Hastings town centre - Road: Follow the A259 to Folkestone. Heading to Ore village. Follow the signs to the Country Park turning into Fairlight Road beside the Co-operative supermarket. As you go up Fairlight Road you will come to some speed humps in the road as you get to the third one & before the road narrows. You will see Beacon Road on your left turn into Beacon Road & park on the right hand side by the fence. Our entrance is the first drive on the right hand side.
