80 Watergate Street is a three storey Georgian townhouse which has been lovingly restored and filled with modern and interesting pieces of furniture. Each room has been individually designed and styled for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. br / br / The bed and breakfast is situated in the heart of the Chester inside the city walls just a stones throw from Chester Racecourse. The city s shops and sights are but a moment s walk from the front door. br / br / Each afternoon we invite you to join us for tea and homemade cake in the dining room - a lovely place to relax with comfy seating and a log burning stove. br / br / Nothing is too much trouble for us at 80 Watergate Street. Each room has been appointed with all you could need to ensure you have a relaxing and luxurious stay. Turn on the flat screen TV if nothing takes your fancy then plug your phone into a docking station listen to music and make yourself a Nespresso coffee. br / br / Breakfast is served in our dining room on the ground floor. We only use the highest quality ingredients and the meat is sourced from a local butcher. The continental selection contains homemade and locally sourced products which cater for all dietary requirements. Please let us know of any special requirements and we will be happy to source and supply. br / br / The bed and breakfast is situated on an ancient Friary of which there were three in this part of Chester. Each room takes a Friary as it s name if you would like to research them the names are Whitefriars Greyfriars and Blackfriars. br / br / Please note that Whitefriars and Greyfriars are on the second floor and Blackfriars is on the third floor. Directions to 80 Watergate Street Chester

Chester train station - Train: Head out of the train station towards city road the station will be directly behind you. When you reach the Bars the large roundabout take the subway on the left hand side under the roundabout heading for Foregate Street. Walk down Foregate Street until it changes to Watergate Street and continue on. You will come to a junction. Cross using the right hand side crossing. 80 Watergate Street is the first house on the right hand side. br/ br/ Manchester - Road: Follow the M56 towards Chester. At Junction 15 exit onto the M53. At junction 12 exit onto the A56 follow the A56 to the third roundabout and then follow the A5268 to Watergate Street. Car Parking is located at Linenhall stables ask Katie to confirm directions into the car park. br/ br/ Liverpool - Road: Follow the M53 towards Chester. At junction 12 exit onto the A56 follow until the third roundabout and then follow the A5268 to Watergate Street. Car parking is located to in the Linenhall stables car park. Call Katie to confirm directions to the car park and drop off.
