John and Susie Blayney have lived at Stone House for over 16 years. It is the home where they raised their children and now welcome guests from all over the world. It is a comfortable family house with a private garden set in the charming village of Sulgrave in the South Northamptonshire countryside. It is perfectly suited to events at the historic Sulgrave Manor. br / br / Susie runs a cooking school and catering company so the food is excellent and all types of dietary requirements can be catered for. Picnics lunches and evening meals can all be arranged with 24 hour notice. A continental breakfast is included in the price. A cooked breakfast is available for a small supplement see the website for a taste of our seasonal menus. br / br / Sulgrave is convenient for all the local motor attractions: Silverstone LandRover/Aston Martin and the RREC HQ in Paulespury. John is very keen on classic cars and can offer off road parking for special cars as well as tlc water polish and enthusiasm! br / br / A cot baby changing facilities and babysitting can all be arranged if required. br / br / If you are working night shifts and will want to sleep during the day please contact us before booking as this might not always be appropriate. br / br / This is a home where dogs are kept and we welcome other well behaved dogs as guests. br / br / Stone House has four letting rooms but we can also offer a ground floor room to guests who have special needs. Please contact us directly. We also have access to further rooms in the village if more accommodation is required or you would like a quotation for rates for longer stays. br / br / Parts of the house date back to the 18th century though it was substantially rebuilt in 1972 fortunately raising the ceilings and was renovated by your hosts in 2000. br / br / Although the village is very rural it has excellent communications. By train 1 hour to London and 45 minutes to Birmingham. By road 8 minutes to the M40 (junction 11) and 18 to the M1 (junction 15a)
