The Lodge is comfortable with a contemporary cottage style atmosphere situated in a Hamlet surrounded by beautiful scenery wildlife and woodland walks easily accessible to the surrounding country pubs main shopping areas and attactions of the victorian town of Barrow in Furness the small historic town of Dalton in Furness and the Lake District. br / br / br / br / There are many attractions and places to eat for all the family and those on business trips who wish to take some time out see our links page. We are seven minutes walk to Furness Abbey a five minute drive away is the local beach of Roanhead with beautiful views looking over the Duddon Estuary and the Lake District as a backdrop.
