Latest check in time 10.00pm and latest check out at 11.30am. STANDARD: A £20 refundable please note all terms deposit will be charged at the time of booking. Credit / Debit Cards will be pre-authorised 3 days before your date of arrival. This will affect your credit limit. Should the room then be cancelled 72 hours or more before arrival a full refund will be given. For rooms cancelled within 72 hours the total value of the reservation will be charged. Note: 72 hours cancellation - before 12 noon 3 days before the arrival day. SPECIAL: At certain times of the year different payment and cancellation terms are applied. For example Cheltenham Gold Cup 14th to 18th March 2016 13th to 17th March 2017 TBC and the November Open Race meeting 11th to 13th November 2016 TBC when the first night is charged at the time of booking and the balance on the 1st of the month in which the Race Meeting is held. Directions to Beaumont House Cheltenham

The hotel is situated on the A46 Shurdington Road which is the extension of Bath Road. From Oxford on the A40 look for the sign of the A46 Stroud & Shurdington. At the roundabout on Bath Road take the right hand road at the Norwood Arms Pub. The hotel is 200 yards on the left after the pub before the traffic lights. From the M5 take exit 11 and follow the sign to Cheltenham. At the first round about (Golden Valley) exit roundabout at 2 o clock towards Shurdington. Go over several little roundabouts always following the signs to Shurdington. Ignore all signs for Cheltenham. Eventually on a straight road you will go past Morrisons supermarket on your left. On the next T-junction/roundabout follow the sign to Cheltenham. After one mile you will reach a traffic light go over this one and the hotel is the fourth property on your right. Cheltenham Spa train station is approximately 5 minutes away by car. Gloucester train station is approximately 20 minutes away by car. Birmingham airport is just over 60 miles away and will take you approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes by car.
