Home Farm is a 13 bedroom family run hotel and restaurant situated in 3 acres and easily found on the A35 between Honiton and Axminster. All our rooms are recently renovated in a country cottage style. Our restaurant also open to non-residents offers freshly-cooked locally sourced seasonal produce. We are open every evening to residents from 6pm (reduced menu Sunday evenings) and we are closed to non-residents on Sunday evenings. Exeter city centre and Exeter Airport are both approximately 20 minutes away whilst the Jurassic coast towns of Beer Branscombe Seaton Sidmouth and Lyme Regis are all within a 15 minute drive. Activities in the area are numerous and include fishing mountain biking golf and walking. The hotel welcomes all ages and groups of any size. We are also a pet friendly hotel.

How To Find Us Area information Home Farm is located on the A35 3 miles east of Honiton and 6 miles west of Axminster. Travel information From London/South East: - The easiest and fastest route is usually M3 A303 A30. - Take the Honiton turn off the A30 (shortly after the Little Chef) then follow signs for the A35 to Dorchester. - Home Farm is 3 miles along the A35 in the village of Wilmington. - The hotel is the last building in the village on the right-hand side. From the M4/M5: - Travelling south on the M5 take junction 28 (Collumpton) and turn left on the A373 to Honiton. - On reaching Honiton town centre turn left at the T-junction up the High Street to the roundabout. - Turn right on the A35 signposted to Dorchester. - Home Farm is 3 miles along the A35 in the village of Wilmington. - The hotel is the last building in the village on the right-hand side. From Exeter or Exeter Airport: - Take the A30 East. - Go past the Honiton junction and take the next junction signposted A35 Dorchester. - Follow signs for the A35 to Dorchester. - Home Farm is 3 miles along the A35 in the village of Wilmington. - The hotel is the last building in the village on the right-hand side. Note: Certain Sat Navs have been directing guests approaching Home Farm from the A303 via Stockland Hill and then down Hayne Lane. This is not a shortcut: Hayne Lane is very steep and there are no street lights. Instead follow directions from the A303 and the A30 straight to Honiton and then out of Honiton again on the A35 Dorchester Road.
