The Grange offers Award Winning accommodation in a beautiful setting surrounded by the Lakeland Fells yet just a half-mile walk to Keswick and Lake Derwentwater. The Grange has been awarded 5 Star Grading and Breakfast Award from VisitBritain as well as receiving a Simply The Guest Award from LateRooms.com reviewers and a Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence. Every bedroom is unique but all of them large and small are beautifully decorated and maintained with top quality mattresses and pillows and crisp cotton bed linen. The decor is traditional but not too formal and there are many contemporary elements along with the original features. The extra little touches we offer such as unlimited FREE WIFI generous room beverage tray free mineral water complementary espresso with cake together with the top quality toiletries all add to the lovely atmosphere at The Grange. The bathrooms do range in size but we can guarantee that all are lovely and clean with either a bath or shower (two rooms do have both) We have a lovely team of staff working here and offer a range of choices for cooked breakfast using lovely Woodalls of Wabberthwaite bacon and sausages. We also offer lovely flapjacks date slice a range of yoghourts and a gorgeous fresh fruit salad every day. Specials requests and diets are catered for. The view from the dining room is wonderful looking over the North-Eastern Fells of Catbells and Causey Pike. Directions to The Grange Country Guest House Keswick

From the M6: Take the M6 to Juntion 40 then the A66 towards Keswick. After 17 miles exit at the first Keswick exit signposted A591 Keswick and Windermere. At the T-junction turn left towards Windermere. Go up the hill for around 300 metres and then turn right. Descend around 100 metres and The Grange is on your right hand side overlooking Keswick. From Windermere and Ambleside: Take the A591 from Windermere or Ambleside and as you descend towards Keswick turn left dropping down onto Manor Brow. The Grange is 200 metres on the right overlooking Keswick.
