Landing Cottage is located on the south western tip of Lake Windermere and was built in 1875 of Lakeland stone and has now been extended to offer comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation for travellers who prefer a quiet location. All our rooms have been tastefully colour co-ordinated and have their own character and charm offering en suite or standard accommodation with double or twin rooms available. In addition each room offers complimentary tea and coffee making facilities. Landing Cottage is surrounded by mature gardens with a patio where residents can enjoy the peace and quiet of the tranquil surroundings.

Leaving Junction 36 of the M6 follow A590 (Windermere) take 1st exit and follow A590 signposted Newby Bridge. At 1st roundabout take 2nd exit. At 2nd roundabout carry straight on and take 1st right. Go over bridge and past The Swan Hotel. Follow road AA signposted Aquarium of the Lakes for approx. one mile. Landing Cottage located on the left hand side.
