B and B at The White House
Prices at B and B at The White House Marlborough from £40 per person per night Bed and Breakfast at The White House is ideally suited to anyone desiring a 'home away from home.' Whether you are visiting the area on a sightseeing, walking, cycling or touring holiday, or on business, or a 'connoisseur' planning to sample the delights of the acclaimed, Michelin* restaurant, The Harrow, (which is just 200 yards from The White House), you can be sure of a warm welcome and superb comfort during your stay with us. The White House, part of which dates back to early Georgian times (1720), nestles on the edge of the picturesque village of Little Bedwyn in the historic county of Wiltshire. The garden borders onto the towpath at Little Bedwyn Lock on the Kennet & Avon canal, beyond which is the railway line that links London to the West Country. There are also several other restaurants and pubs within a short drive to suit varying tastes and 'pockets' and numerous local tourist attractions in an area that is steeped in ancient history and beautiful countryside. By car, The White House is only 10 minutes from the town of Hungerford in Berkshire, 20 minutes from Marlborough in Wiltshire and just 5 minutes from Great Bedwyn railway station to which there are regular trains from/to London. Well-trained dogs are welcome by arrangement.
