A small rural B&B in very quiet surroundings, with walking, bird watching, photography, geology and historical interests nearby.

Accommodation consists of one single en-suite room, with flat screen SMART TV (with Internet connexion), radio, hi-fi, hair dryer, alarm clock. Tea and coffee making facilities are also provided. A small bookcase and a selection of books is available for use. Season: open all year. Maximum number of guests: 1. No minimum stay. House rules: non smoking. Payment made by cash only and NO deposit necessary.

Breakfast: I offer a Highland breakfast, so NO cereals, hash browns, waffles. Just typical Highland fare; sausages, bacon, eggs, black pudding, haggis, kippers
