The cottage sleeps 5, in a double bedroom and a single on first floor, with shower room and a twin bedded room on the second floor with an ensuite. The front door leds into an L shaped sitting room and dining area, with a modern fully fitted kitchen off this. The sitting room has an oak floor and beams, it has a window seat with magnificent views across to the mountains. It has a small sitting out area in the front of the cottage, facing the right direction for the sun! A parking space directly outside and a large green in front which is share by the four cottages. It is fully central heated and double glazed. It is English Tourist Board 4 star. Ambleside is a very bustling village with numerous places to eat, nice shops and an intimate cinema with 5 screens! There are many lovely walks from the door of the cottage without the need for a car.
