B&B in Glenlivet House, a former hunting lodge deep in the Highlands, in The Cairngorm National Park at Glenlivet, is comfortable and very special. There are 2 en-suite bedrooms with 4 poster double beds, a twin room for 'overflow, and use of the downstairs reception rooms. A wholesome cooked breakfast in the morning will set you up for the day. The cosy Glenlivet House ballindallochCottage, in the grounds of Glenlivet House, near The Glenlivet Whisky Distillery, and close to The Speyside Way hiking trail is self-catering and sleeps up to 14 people,or can be divided to sleep 5. It is ideal for parties wishing to explore the area, follow The Malt Whisky Trail, walk, cycle, play golf, ski in the season or fish in the Rivers Spey or Avon. Well behaved pets are welcome. Breakfast: A wholesome breakfast is provided in the B&B. The cottage is self-catering.

Rooms: In Glenlivet House, one bedroom has a double 4 poster bed and en-suite bathroom. The other room has a double half tester bed (like a 4 poster) and ensuite bathroom with views onto the hills. There is a twin room next door for 'overflow ie. children, who need to share the double rooms bathroom. Coffee/tea making facilities are in the rooms. The entrance reception room with open log fire, and the separate TV room, are available for guests to use. Glenlivet House Cottage has 7 bedrooms, all twin except for 2 - one of which sleeps 3 and the other one. There are 2 bath/shower rooms and 4WCs. There is a large upstairs sitting room with SKY TV, and space in either the dining room or kitchen for seating everyone. The kitchen has an AGA cooker, and next door there is plenty of boot-room/drying space.

Parking: There is plentiful parking in the grounds.

Wifi: Wifi is available for free, although the signal can be unreliable at times.

Pets: Well behaved pets are welcome in the self-catering cottage. However please be aware that there are free range cats, dog, and poultry in the grounds.

Families: Children are very welcome: there is plenty of space!

Disabled Facilities: The cottage is suitable for disabled people, but the house is not.
