Quiet and relaxing; great breakfasts

Georgian Farmhouse in the Culm Valley 8 miles from Exeter. Twin and family rooms each with private bathroom. Drawing Room with television and books and maps. Tea and home-made cake served on arrival. Evening meals somethimes available. Lovely garden to sit in and hear the birds sing!!

Breakfast: Full cooked breakfast consisting of bacon, eggs, sausage, tomato, mushrooms and fried bread.

Rooms: The twin room has 3'6 Edwardian beds and views of Killerton (NT). The family room has a standard double bed and 2 3' beds; this can also be let as a double or twin room. Lovely views over the garden and fields beyond. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms.

Parking: On our driveway next to the front door.
