It is situated on the outskirts of Penny Bridge village, enjoying an elevated rural situation, with views over the Leven estuary. This is a peaceful and secluded location, with no neighbouring properties on its single-track road. However, it is less than a mile from convenient local shops at Greenodd (baker, butcher, general store, pub and garage). This traditional Lakeland farmhouse is set in approx 2 acres of land and is full of individual character, with exposed beams, pine doors, open fires and a wood burning stove. All rooms have charming rural views. It has recently been refurbished with new central heating, kitchen, bathroom, shower room, large barn loft games room and is decorated throughout, fully equipped and is a very comfortable and warm home. Hill Top is an attractive place from which to explore the Southern Lakes, or simply to relax in the house and garden and watch the ever-changing views.
