Howden House Bed and Breakfast is comfortable, friendly and relaxed with delicious traditional breakfasts and evening meals.

Howden House Bed and Breakfast Tiverton, Tiverton is set in over an acre of garden and woodland on the edge of this historic market town. The house and garden enjoy magnificent views over the Exe Valley and the garden backs onto farmland. We offer quality bed and breakfast accommodation in lovely, peaceful surroundings and you can be assured of a warm welcome. We have two twin rooms with ensuite bathrooms and a single room with an ensuite shower room. All are at the front of the house with lovely views. As well as our delicious traditional breakfasts, we also offer evening meals by prior arrangement.

Breakfast: We offer a full English Breakfast as well as cereals, fruit juices, grapefruit, toast, jams and marmalade etc. Please let us know if you follow a gluten/wheat or dairy free diet.

Rooms: We have three beautiful rooms all with stunning views over the Exe Valley. Room 1 is the master bedroom of the house and has an ensuite with bath with shower. Room 2 is a little smaller with a cosy carpeted bathroom again with bath with shower over. Room 3 is a single room downstairs with an ensuite shower room. All rooms are tastefully and comfortably furnished and offer hospitality trays with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, fruit teas and homemade (usually!) biscuits.

Parking: There is plenty of free parking by the house.
