I work with Western (Swedish) and Eastern (Chinese, Acupressure, Thai, Polarity) styles of massage as well as Cranial Sacral Therapy and Reflexology. I combine these treatments to offer a unique, integrated massage that is tailored to your needs, be it for stress & relaxation or more long term postural problems, back pain, headaches. It is an excellent way to look after our bodies. We are often unaware of how much tension we carry, & massage is a powerful aid to prevent and maintain good joint mobility, flexibility, and to aid relaxation. Appointments are usually1 hour but longer sessions are available too. I am available for home visits
