Norton Barrie Bolton was established in 1969 by Barrie Norton in the height of the Carnaby Street revolution. Barrie successfully brought this revolution to the north, making us into a destination store. The 1st shop was in Chorlton and although it moved location in 1999 it is world renowned to celebrities from the world of sport and film. Famous clients in those days were the likes of George Best and The Drifters. Through the decades we styled fashion conscious TV personalities from Paul Nichollas to Roy Walker to Chris Tarrant to Jeremy Paxman. More recently we have styled bands such as M People, Happy Mondays and singers Mick Hucknall and Russell Watson.
