Welcome to Prosecco restaurant in the heart of beautiful Clifton Village. Prosecco is a small independent restaurant (our first venture) owned and run by husband and wife Diego and Heidi Da Re. Our food is mainly of rural Italian origin, using methods from many bygone generations from the Northern regions of Italy. (Apparently categorised as ‘modern Italian’) Dishes are carefully crafted from seasonal local produce and fine Italian ingredients, to create a delicious, authentic dining experience. Our extensive wine list has been carefully chosen to enhance the flavours and characteristics of our food. It is only fitting that our house Prosecco(a light, refreshing sparkling wine) is exclusively imported from a small vineyard in Diego’s home town of Conegliano, owned and run by friends from his childhood. Join us for a taste of Prosecco!
