Each has a tasteful en-suite and has full facilities including welcome tray. Our rooms are all upstairs so may not suit those with mobility issues. Rooms have stunning views of both mountain and lake and our rates include a hearty breakfast. Downstairs facilities have views of the Mountains too.   We are a small enterprise with only 2 letting rooms so you can ensure a warm welcome and great personal service from your hosts in our boutique designed B&B.  Bassenthwaite is an unspoilt gem of the Lake District and our B&B is perfectly located for a weekend break or a leisurely mid-week holiday.  If you love the outdoors then there is breath taking views to take in which attracts walkers at all levels. We cater for Cyclists too. We are also in walking distance of the popular wedding venues of Armathwaite Hall and Castle Inn.  Bassenthwaite is in a quiet rural location but is only 10 minutes away from the busy tourist destinations of Keswick and Cockermouth. We are also on 20 minutes away from the coast and 30 minutes from Carlisle.
