The Boardwalk Licensed Cafe Torquay, is owned & run by Derek & Julie Payne. We have over the last 7 years built up a steady clientel with both locals and visitors to the area. All our dishes are cooked to order from our varied menu. From a plate of chips to a roast beef dinner. We only use fresh par-fried chips, that are renowned and reputed to be the best in the bay by our regulars. We are licensed to sell alcohol on the premises, and stock 3 varieties of bottled beers brewed by Bays Brewery a local brewery based in Paignton.
