Situated by the village green, right in the heart of this beautiful Staffordshire village, The Crown Abbots Bromley Abbots Bromley is open from 9am every day to serve you with freshly ground coffee, breakfast, lunch, traditional afternoon tea and an elegant dinner menu. Our aim is to bring you something a bit different, and we work hard to set high standards in food, drinks and ambience. In addition to the extensive lunch and dinner menus, we also have a fun and innovative children’s menu, plus Sunday lunches that taste like Grandma used to make (assuming your Grandma was a terrific cook who consistently turned out plate after plate of beautiful food). The Crown is a place to meet friends, drink great beer and wine, eat great food, and relax. It is contemporary, yet unfussy. Wines are carefully selected for palate-appeal, beers are changed regularly so you can try something new, and food is cooked from scratch using the best ingredients. We hope it is like one big family, but hopefully without the arguments. At The Crown, we believe that drinking and eating good food should be an interactive experience, like a brief summer romance - exciting, sexy, fun and memorable. Vegetables shouldn’t qualify for air miles; they should be ripped straight from the ground and cooked with love. Steak should be sizzled on a char-grill and cooked exactly to your taste.
